


The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) recently presented certificates under the “ESG DNA: Sustainability Knowledge Kit for All Employees” Project to Land and Houses Plc and its employees. This E-Learning project ensures mastery of sustainability and supports employees’ application to their respective work and procedures to drive sustainable growth for the corporation. Land and Houses employees focused on actively attending and passing scores on all four modules at over 70%, SET’s required minimum. These modules embrace the essences of sustainability, namely ESG 101 ESG in Action, Circular Economy, Value Chain Analysis, and ESG Risk Management. Land and Houses employees spent the period from May 1 to October 31 last year on the project, and those with passing grades have received online certificates.
Recognizing that the workforce plays an instrumental role in representing the ESG driving force through respective business processes, Land and Houses values sustainable business under the ESG concept, spanning Environment, Social, and Governance aspects, to supplement value to all stakeholders. It has not only advocated an ESG corporate culture and ideas among all employees but also supported their participation in ESG training to enhance their understanding as well as awareness to upgrade Land and Houses’ transparent, responsible, fair, and sustainable growth. Also in place are two other training modules, namely Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Cybersecurity Awareness. Finally, in place is Land and Houses’ employee communication on the Conflict-of-Interest Policy and Inside Information Policy.
