Corporate Governance Policy

The Company has a policy of protecting all stakeholders by providing channels for receiving complaints from infringement and ethical transgressions, including a suspicious act of fraud or a misconduct of individuals in the Company, both employees and other stakeholders. The Company set up the whistleblowing procedures and channels, including the guidelines for protecting complainant, giving priority to the data privacy and confidential identity of whistleblower or complainant and accused person, and will partially disclose the significant information only to designated person. The Company has established the complaints and whistleblowing function, to screen the complaints and report directly to the Audit Committee.
