Whistleblowing

The Company has a policy of protecting all stakeholders by providing channels for receiving complaints from infringement and ethical transgressions, including a suspicious act of fraud or a misconduct of individuals in the Company, both employees and other stakeholders. The Company set up the Whistleblowing procedures/Grievance Mechanism and channels, including the guidelines for protecting complainant, giving priority to the data privacy and confidential identity of whistleblower or complainant and accused person, and will partially disclose the significant information only to designated person. The Company has established the complaints and whistleblowing function, to screen the complaints and report directly to the Audit Committee.

Scope of Complaints or Whistleblowing

If there is a suspicion or witness a violating act of good practices, as per the following;

  1. Violation of compliance and guidelines for corporate governance
  2. Violation of the company’s rules, regulations, and policies
  3. Unfair treatment in workplace and operation
  4. Corruption act

Whistleblower Protection Measures

The company has established guidelines for whistleblower protection, emphasizing the confidentiality of the information and identity of whistleblowers, complainants, and the accused. Information will be disclosed only to authorized personnel and only to the extent necessary, with due consideration for safety and potential harm to the information providers or related individuals, to ensure confidence in the complaint process.

The Company will not take any unfair action against employees or any individuals working for the company due to their provision of information or assistance in uncovering the truth. Furthermore, the Company will not demote, punish, or take adverse actions against employees or individuals working for the company who refuse to engage in fraud or corruption, even if such refusal results in the Company losing business opportunities.
