1. E-Stamping: LH homeowners can use the application’s E-Stamp system for their visitors to record visitors’ access to Land and Houses projects even while homeowners are out, thanks to the application’s real-time Alert Notification feature on mobile phones.
2. Emergency calls: For prompt emergency contacts, LH homeowners can select emergency services any time on the screens of their phones, including the 911 police, 1669 ambulance service, and 199 fire call centers, project entrance security booths, and nearby police stations.
3. Security officers’ assistance: The LH SAFETY application contains an icon customized for seeking help in various emergencies ranging from identification of burglars, request for removal of poisonous animals, accidents, fires, to other incidents. This enables security officers’ swift arrival.
4. Information viewing of contacts: LH homeowners can examine records of their visitors via this application, which lists all retroactive items and enables scrutiny of choice items.
