Land and Houses PCL (the Company) along with LH Mall & Hotel Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, are very pleased to welcome a group of 30 analysts and institutional investors on 25 March 2025 to visit the Grand Center Point Lumphini, the newly opened hotel in the heart of Lumphini which is one of key business districts in Bangkok. The hotel is the first “Prestige Tier” of "Grande Centre Point" brand, featuring luxurious design and refined services. The hotel consists of 512 rooms and suites, as part of a 50-floor mixed-use project that includes hotel and rental office space, which was fully launched on 1 April 2025.

The purpose of this site visit was to provide insight to analysts and institutional investors on the hotel's operational and strategic and direction as well as to create an understanding of the company's hotel operations. The event was honored by Mr. Kitti Worabanpot, Managing Director of LH Mall & Hotel Co., Ltd., to share the vision and present information of the hotel and to lead the participants on a tour of the hotel areas, including guest rooms, meeting facilities, restaurants, and amenities of the hotel. The Grand Center Point Lumphini is an important milestone of the Company for its hotel business in Thailand, which will help strengthen the company's core business. Looking ahead, the Company will continue to focus on developing the operational efficiency of the residential housing business, while continue to expand the rental property and services portfolio.
