In the wake of the strong March 28 tremors felt in Bangkok and causing potential damage to high-rise buildings, condominiums, and residences in several Bangkok locations, which have worried residents, Land and Houses Plc is taking these concerns most seriously by promptly forming inspection teams as well as commissioning experienced engineers to verify the structural soundness of all its condominiums. On March 29-31, 2025, an internal team of engineers conducted a preliminary inspection of all building structures while arranging for Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd., to urgently inspect elevator systems under all projects for residents’ convenience and safety. In addition, Land and Houses secured appointments with engineering consultant firms (building structure experts) to inspect all projects during the following periods:

• Team No. 1 (March 31 - April 4):  The Bangkok Thonglor, The Room Sukhumvit 38, The Room Charoenkrung 30, The Room Sukhumvit 69, The Room Phayathai
• Team No. 2 (April 1 - 6):  The Key Phahonyothin 34, The Key Prachachuen, The Key Chaengwattana, The Key Udomsuk, The Key Sathorn - Ratchapruek, The Key BTS Wutthakat, The Key Rama III
• Team No. 3 (April 2 - 4):  Ease Rama 2, Ease 2 Rama 2, The Key MRT Phetkasem 48
• Team No. 4 (April 2 - 6):  The Bangkok Sathorn - Taksin, The Bangkok Sathorn, The Room Sukhumvit 79, The Room Sukhumvit 64, The Room Ratchada - Ladprao, The Room Sathorn - Taksin, The Room Sukhumvit 21, The Room Sukhumvit 40, The Room Sathorn  
• Team No. 5 (April 3 - 7):  333 Riverside, The Key Charoenraj, The Room Sathorn - St. Louis, The Room Rama 4, The Room BTS Wongwianyai, The Room Sukhumvit 62.
