The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has selected Land and Houses Plc stocks for the ‘AA’ group in its ESG Ratings this year. The company’s stocks were first assessed as ‘A’ in 2023. This year’s upgrading has therefore echoed Land and Houses’ commitment to sustainable business conduct with due regard for environmental, social and governance (ESG). The drive also provides an option for Responsible Investment.

Entering this year’s SET ESG Ratings were a total of 228 listed companies: 56 awarded AAAs, 80 AAs, 71 As, and 21 BBBs. These voluntary companies passed a minimum of 50% of the E, S, and G survey questions while also satisfying SET’s minimum criteria. To remain consistent with domestic and international ESG context and trends, SET amends its assessment criteria annually.
