At the CAC Certification Ceremony 2/2024, held on November 11, Land and Houses Plc, represented by Mr. Pornchai Kiatkajornvirach, Senior Vice President, Internal Audit and System Development and Chief Audit Executive, (left) accepted a membership certificate of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC) from Mr. Thosaporn Ratanamasthip, a CAC director.

Founded in 2010 by Thailand’s leading business entities including the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), Thai Chamber of Commerce, Thai Listed Companies Association, Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations, and Federation of Thai Industries, CAC spearheads private-sector engagement in combating corruption by striving to persuade companies in Thailand to adopt transparent, fraud-free business conduct and voluntarily take part in anti-corruption efforts. Underscoring this ceremony is CAC’s desire to link anti-corruption to ESG, since anti-corruption and good governance form an ESG pillar for sustainable organizations and society. To CAC, anti-corruption implies not only an attempt to uphold organizational transparency, but also an essential foundation for sustainable development.
