Two awards for Land and Houses at BIBF Bangkok International Branding Festival 2024

Land and Houses Plc was recently represented by Ms. Suparat Veerakul, Senior Vice President, Corporate Communication, in accepting two prestigious awards at the BIBF Bangkok International Branding Festival 2024 event. Land and Houses won The Thailand Brand Superfans 2024 and The Most Brand Future Valuation 2024 in the real-estate category. The brand scored 8,503.99 million baht in value. The event was hosted by Baramizi Group Brand and Business Consultant in conjunction with the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University.

The criteria for both awards were the collected scores under the BFV Model, fruit of Baramizi’s research with the Chulalongkorn University faculty. The Thailand Brand Superfans 2024 award originated from a survey of nationwide consumers for The Most Powerful Brand event, previously organized by the university. On the other hand, The Most Brand Future Evaluation 2024 award was based on the valuation of “brand impact”, “brand power index”, and “Financial Strength”, based on the strength of future income generation and the Weighted-Average Cost of Capital (WACC).
