Land and Houses Plc recently won three major awards at the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2024 event, namely the Best Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) Award, the Highly Commended Luxury Housing Development (Bangkok) Award, and the People’s Choice Award.
Mr. Chaiyapat Methanivesana, Vice President, Project Group 11 (far left), accepted the Best Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) recognition as the ultimate design prize for the VIVE Bangna km 13 Project—a most prominent housing architectural design with not only a unique character, but also an innovatively aesthetic style together with full functions to truly facilitate residents. Lush residences boast private gardens within them along with master bedrooms with a double-volume view for residents to enjoy external natural settings on either side. For privacy in all segments, the design also contains walls as well as slidable sections. The second-floor design boasts an open plan that integrates all internal areas. Finally, the project affords panoramic green views connecting to terrace areas for common family activities. As regards the NANTAWAN Bangna km 15 Project, which garnered the Highly Commended Luxury Housing Development (Bangkok) award, Ms. Chuleeporn Promrattanapong, Marketing Manager, represented the company in accepting this award. This project’s magnificence speaks volumes about its style and grandeur as well as its choice décor of top quality for a sense of luxury. In particular, the massive French Chateau Clubhouse was inspired by French chateaus, renowned for their grace, value, as well as prestige, complete with all exquisite amenities.
