Mrs. Supattra Chantanumate, Land and Houses Plc Vice President, Product Development (third left), recently accepted BCI Asia TOP 10 Developers Awards 2024 from Miss Pailin Teansuwan, Secretary to the Minister of Industry (second left). The awards recognized notable achievement by two Land and Houses projects: MANTANA 100+ Kanchana – Bangbon 5 and CHAIYAPRUEK 2 Rangsit Khlong 4. Land and Houses was cited as a project developer with assorted outstanding features meeting contest criteria, under which BCI Asia has granted up to 10 awards each year. The three criteria are project value (outstanding developers making significant contributions to the Thai economy; significant potential and credibility drawing investors to Thailand), regard for environmental impact (attested by TREE and LEED), and extra credit granted by the contest authority to hotels, offices, and plants. This year is Land and Houses’ fourth consecutive year for the BCI Asia TOP 10 Developers Awards, echoed by its commitment to constructing quality residences that readily address customers’ ever-changing needs while valuing sustainable environmental stewardship.

The principal objective of BCI Asia Awards 2024 is to recognize top architects and top developers whose work is widely recognized by the public and the private sectors. Well attended by honored companies and award recipients, the 19th-edition awards were handed out on July 5, 2024, covering Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand.
