Land & Houses Plc was awarded the Best Performance--Property & Construction from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money & Banking magazine.

Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra was an honorary chairman to present awards at the SET Awards 2003 held by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money & Banking magazine.

The prestigious ceremony was organised with an objective to present awards and certificates to listed and asset management companies, which have best management and performance, on July 21 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.

Mr Anant Asavabhokhin, president of Land & Houses Plc, received the Best Performance Award in the category of property & construction industry from Prime Minister Thaksin to recognise L&H as one of the best companies with outstanding financial status and performance in 2002.
