Land & Houses received a certificate from the Consumer Protection Board, the Office of Prime Minister, honoring the real estate developer for protecting consumer right.

Mr Suwat Liptapanlop, PM's Office Minister and chairman of the Consumer Protection Board, handed a certificate on "Fair product advertisement for consumers" to Land & Houses Public Company Limited. The company was awarded because of its promotion of consumer right protection through fair advertisement on product and service, on September 26, 2002, at Prince Palace Hotel.
