Representing Land and Houses Plc, Ms. Suparat Veerakul, Senior Vice President, Corporate Communication, recently accepted a plaque of honor under the 4th Outstanding Real Estate Project of 2017 from Ms. Praiwan Pholawan, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. The recognition was for the MANTANA Wongwaen – Bangbon Project’s high-value single-detached houses. Assessment was done by the Thai Real Estate Research and Valuation Center, Agency for Real Estate Affairs, Ltd. (AREA), led by Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai (Center Management Chairman). All residential categories were represented in the selection—single-detached houses, townhouses, and condominiums—with three value bands (low-value, mid-range-value, and high-value). The project selection criteria were project quality, attractive surroundings, and “worth every baht” characteristics, as part of the move to support the development of Thai society concurrently with that of Thai real-estate property sector.
