Land and Houses engages in volunteer activities

On December 8, 2020, the Project 1 Department under Land and Houses staged a volunteer activity where it hosted a lunch and items were donated to the Autistic Chonburi Disability Services Center. On hand to receive cash and essential consumer item donation was Ms. Araya Daengsaeng, Executive Director. The items included clothes, rice, dry food items, semi-cooked noodles, condiments, milk, biscuit, and towels. In hosting the meal for about 120 children at the center, the volunteers engaged in music and played games with them. Operating without government subsidy, the center takes care of autistic children whose parents lack time to look after them.

This volunteer activity is being carried out in the second year as the department’s teambuilding exercise for employees to take part in common activities, support each other, and delegate responsibilities outside work. Most important, all involved are taught to share with others in society that are less fortunate.
