Re. : The closing date of the register book as to determine the right to receive interest of the Company's debentures (LH083A)

Attn. : Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Please be informed that the Company will make the 12th interest payment of LH083A, 1 million units for period of 4 December 2006 to 3 March 2007 (90 days), with interest rate of 3.25% per annum in the amount of Baht 8.01 per unit, will be paid on March 6, 2007. The register book will be closed on 19 February 2007 at noon as to determine the right to receive the interest of LH083A.
