At the recent LivingInsider Thailand Developer Awards 2026 event, Mr. Pongthep Roongrotekarnkha, Land and Houses Plc Assistant Vice President, Corporate Communication, accepted a Thailand Best Developer Engagement Home Award 2026 from Miss Kwanfa Chinnachate, Chief Operating Officer, LivingInsider Co., Ltd.

Representing residence search users’ degrees of interest on the LivingInsider platform, each award was based on actual search data and tallied from the clicks for visits to each brand’s residence models. According to LivingInsider’s click statistics, Land and Houses topped all other brands, with remarkable engagement by platform users. This recognition therefore resulted not from votes, but rather from the actual behavior of users engaged in individual home search, comparison, and deliberation through LivingInsider. In other words, the Thailand Best Developer Engagement Home Award 2026 has not only represented Land and Houses’ attractiveness on platforms to prospective homeowners but also reiterated its brand robustness throughout Thailand’s residential market.

“This accolade not only cemented Land and Houses’ status as a property developer with the highest number of searchers on LivingInsider but also implied that these searchers have given us the chances to be one of their preferences. This means a lot to us. More important is our responsibility for developing goods and services to deliver an improved quality of life to all our customers. Let me take this opportunity to thank customers, suppliers, and the entire team for helping us earn this award. Our collective thanks also go to the judging panel and LivingInsider,” Mr. Roongrotekarnkha said.

As one of Thailand’s leading award-presenting venues, the fourth annual LivingInsider Thailand Developer Awards 2026 recognized property developers, leaders, and entities with pivotal roles in fostering and upgrading the standards of domestic real-estate developers. After all, behind each outstanding project’s buildings or residences lie the vision, creativity, empathy, and audacity for novelties. As a result, LivingInsider Thailand Developer Awards 2026 has joined in the recognition of those that have made a difference in various aspects—project development, design, innovation, quality of life, sustainability, as well as vision and leadership. All such intention, concepts, and successes play a part in driving Thailand’s real-estate industry to due prominence and recognition.
