Land and Houses Plc proudly announced its prestigious ranking among SET ESG Ratings 2025 at the AAA (top) level, attested by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The company underwent a maiden assessment in 2023 and elevated the outcome to the AAA level this year, illustrating a policy commitment to sustainable business that values environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects. An ESG Ratings company represents a healthy option for responsible investment. This year a field of 365 companies entered the assessment, with 265 named to the SET ESG Ratings list: 102 as AAA, 80 as AA, 67 as A, and 16 as BBB companies.
