Recently Ms. Suparat Veerakul, Land and Houses Plc Senior Vice President, Corporate Communication, accepted a TOP 10 Developers 2025 award from Hubexo Asia Awards (formerly BCI Asia Awards) in its 20th annual edition. The basic criteria for selecting each winner among real-estate developers are the year’s highest total project value, green-building standard achievement, and project development under BCI’s defined segments. To this end, the panel focuses on output creativity, skill application, and employment generation (another means of social assistance). Selected projects must be under the construction phase during the year, to which procedures of conceptualization, design, and construction bidding contribute. In addition, a construction industry award goes to Thailand’s most prominent architectural firm in recognition of its output and commitment to producing quality work. Held in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand, the Hubexo Asia Awards have not only promoted the international acceptance of Thailand’s real-estate and construction industry but also largely driven and stimulated the national economy.
