Land and Houses Plc’s projects recently earned four prestigious awards at the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2025 event: NANTAWAN POOL VILLA Rama 9 - New Krungthep Kreetha Road was honored with the Best Ultra Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok); VIVE New Krungthep Kreetha, Best Luxury Lifestyle Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok); and VIVE Phuket, Best Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Phuket). Besides, the Thailand People’s Choice Award was won by the company.
In accepting the award for NANTAWAN POOL VILLA Rama 9 - New Krungthep Kreetha Road, Mr. Worawit Choroenkoboonma (fifth left), Vice President, Project Group 1, said, “Land and Houses is truly honored, for this recognition represents the team’s fascination, creativity, and dedication. The team is keen to transcend further limits to pursue new heights in creativity and define more breakthroughs in Ultra Luxury housing design.” Only 30 plots accommodate NANTAWAN POOL VILLA Rama 9 - New Krungthep Kreetha Road opulent residences, each with a private pool on 220 square wa and more and a living area starting from 658 to 816 square meters. The underlying LIVE A SIMPLE LIFE concept normalizes exquisite lifestyles. The Cape Dutch Series design is inspired by European architecture, with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom all featuring some connectivity—and all with an intimate touch of nature. Furthermore, the living room ventilation is of a double-volume design, which offers residents panoramic views of nature. Finally, NANTAWAN POOL VILLA features luxurious built-in furniture along with gorgeous garden decoration.

The project embraces 73 single-detached houses on plots starting from 120 square wa, with a living area of 716 square meters. “A Design Like Never Before” is customized for the privacy of each household, with almost all units representing corner plots or garden-view plots. Featuring three floors in a sophisticated style, the new design of each VIVE New Krungthep Kreetha house is unique, with new areas designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles together with a clubhouse and a sizeable common garden.
Finally, in accepting the Best Luxury Housing Architectural Design award, Mr. Ruksapong Khumkhuanjum, General Manager, L.H. Muangmai Co., Ltd. (Land and Houses Phuket), remarked, “We at VIVE Phuket Project are truly humbled by this award, which underscores our philosophy that design is not just about aesthetics, but emanates from creativity: applying nature to life improvement to stimulate healthy living.” The VIVE Phuket Project’s theme is “Live a Brilliant Life”, with a total of 36 single-detached houses and plots starting from 110 square wa and a living area from 448 square meters. What is most special is its unique privacy and safety, with a green belt lying between each plot, so that each feels like a corner plot. Besides, viewing a VIVE Phuket home from the outside, one cannot see its interior. Project safety is enhanced with a double-gate fence between the project itself and the outside road, and the other before one reaches the house. The crux of interior design here is not merely to connect and see, but rather to seamlessly allow nature to seep into the interior.
Last but not least, Land and Houses garnered one of ten People’s Choice Awards this year, decided by popular votes for the most admired real-estate companies. Voting this year took place on August 8-22, with the first one conducted last year. Land and Houses topped the 10 most admired groups in both years.
The 20th edition of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards event took place on September 12, 2025, to bolster confidence in Thailand’s real-estate industry and pave the way for steady progress over the next decade. Regarded as the longest-standing award-presenting event in Thailand, it was first held in 2005. The awards form part of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series embracing major real-estate markets in the likes of the Middle East, Australia, Cambodia, People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.
